My oculus is glitching.

Hey, everyone. I recently purchased an oculus quest 2 and a link cable. I’ve noticed some weird graphical glitches (I can best describe them as jumps?) when using the link cable for pc vr games. I have previously owned an htc vive and never had this issue when playing the same pc vr games on the same pc. Is my cable busted?No glitching in game, no stuttering, nothing. I moved even closer to the Wireless Router and I'm about 4 feet away now and still the same issue. I noticed it's not JUST Pavlov VR -- but anything in Steam VR..... Even the menu starts glitching with graphical issues. I talked to Oculus Rift support and they say it's Steam's problem not theirs.2. Firstly, I've built for the Quest and checked the Unity profiler - everything seems good. The weird thing is, when I move my head from side to side I don't see any framerate drops in the profiler but I see a noticeable stutter/lag in the headset.
